Tuition Refund Policy

A deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking a spot in our classes. We require a deposit because classes fill up quickly. By registering with a deposit you are reserving a spot in the class that you have registered for. Any changes to your course start date or cancellations must be made in writing by emailing lisa@fineartbartending.com at least 72 hours before the start of your class. The remainder of the tuition will be automatically processed on the first day of class if you do not cancel prior to giving us 72 hours notice. If you need to make a change to the start date let us know 72 hours prior to the start of the class and we will move your start date and transfer your deposit to the new date.  If you do not email us to cancel and your card does get charged your tutiton payment will be held on your account as a credit.  This credit can be used at a later date for another class or you can transfer this credit to another person. A $50 change fee will be re-applied at the time of booking. Please notify us of who you will be transferring your credit to so we can update your account accordingly.
